1.
Pour the milk into a saucepan and heat it over low
heat or by using the oven with the temperature around 85 degrees Celsius while
stir gently . You have to consider during the process of heating, the milk don’t
too boil and get burnt at the bottom. The process of milk heating aims to
change the structure of the proteins milk that turn into a solid.
2.
if you think it is enough, lift and cool the milk by
dipping the pan into a large bowl or other container in the given water while
stirring it slowly until the milk reaches the temperature around 43 degrees
Celsius.
3.
If it reaches the desired temperature, pour plain
yogurt or yogurt with live bacteria into the pot of milk. Flatting through stirring
up till the two materials mix overall.
4.
Move the liquid milk that has mixed with plain yogurt
into a clean container , then cover tightly or it can be closed tightly with
plastic so that the incubation process is running well.
5.
In the incubation process set aside the liquid yogurt so
that the bacteria grow and thrive. Keep the temperature around 38 degrees
Celsius . This process takes around 7 hours . The longer set aside the acidity
levels will be higher and will be more viscous the texture.
6.
After settling for about 7 hours or it has been
thickened chill for several hours before consumption . This would preserve or
increase expiration time of yogurt for 1-2 weeks.
